According to Section 91 (2) of the Immigration and Refugee protection Act (IRPA) and section 21 (2) of the IRPA of Citizenship Act, Anyone who provides Canadian Immigration or Citizenship advice for a Fee must be a member in good standing for ICCRC, of a Law society in Canada or Chambre des notaires du Quebec.
